Voting-System
The voting system has been one of the most important features of our platform since its inception. It gives all users the opportunity to easily help shape content and influence the order of posts in the feed in real time. Every post can be rated positively with an upvote or negatively with a downvote. In this way, it becomes visible which content resonates well within the community and which receives less approval.
If a post receives mostly negative votes and the difference between positive and negative votes reaches minus five, it will automatically disappear from the feed. This happens without any additional report and without a decision by our support team or community moderators.
This system strengthens the community’s ability to self-regulate: with just one click, every user can influence which content is highlighted or limited in its visibility. In this way, a democratic process emerges in which the community itself decides which content is relevant and should be prioritized.
With the voting system, we want to give you a simple and immediate way to express your opinion, actively shape the community exchange, and help ensure an authentic feed together.
