Senior B2B Performance Marketing Manager (M/F/D)

Your Profile:

  • Professional experience for 3+ years in B2B relevant marketing (e-mail marketing, performance marketing, social marketing, website or sales marketing); ideally in a start-up, medium-sized company or agency
  • Experience in (automated) lead generation and nurturing
  • Experience in the creation of relevant and interesting content for websites, blogs and social media
  • Analytical understanding and output driven approach in order to optimize marketing and sales funnel
  • A feel for aesthetics, language and marketing trends
  • The ability to work autonomously, to ask well thought-out questions and to assume responsibility
  • You are fluent in German and English in language, punctuation and writing
  • You bring positive energy, enthusiasm, enjoy a dynamic work environment and are keen to work for Jodel
  • Ideally you know the media industry, their key players and mechanisms

Your Tasks:

  • You are in charge of our B2B marketing operations and all B2B marketing channels (Website incl. SEO & Live Chat, E-mail Marketing, Performance Marketing and Trade Fairs)
  • You handle the channels on a day to day basis and optimize their performance with respect to lead generation and lead nurturing in order to fill our sales pipeline
  • You are able to set up a lead generation strategy, test new channels and are eager to optimize our costs per acquisition
  • You can design the business customer experience, acquire and nurture leads in a highly effective (automated) way and establish integrations with salesforce
  • You optimize our organic reach with good content marketing on our website, LinkedIn and Xing
  • You use E-mail Marketing in order to support the relationship management of our key account managers as well as new acquisitions of our sales managers
  • You organize offline B2B marketing activities like expositions (OMR, dmexco), Jodel partner events and workshops
  • You are the strategic figurehead of our B2B marketing activities and report to Head of Sales
  • You work closely with the Business Development and Sales

Ad Operations Manager (M/F/D)

Your Profile:

  • You ideally have 2+ years of experience in ad serving operations on the publisher side and strive to deliver optimal results.
  • You are ready to take responsibility for the ad operations of Jodel.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and you are goal- and customer-oriented.
  • You have a understanding of the media landscape and expertise in media buying within direct & programmatic environments.
  • You have studied either business administration, economics, media, communication or something similar.

Your Tasks:

  • You are in charge of our ad operations and delivering our key service to existing clients and advertising partners/agencies at highest standards.
  • You manage our ad inventory and proactively optimize the capacity usage using our Admin Panel and Google Ad Manager.
  • You work closely with the key account management to maintain highest customer satisfaction and an accordingly strong retention rate.
  • You ensure smooth order processing, track the clients’ results and optimize ongoing campaigns.
  • You establish data-driven guidelines for successful advertising on Jodel from the 1st booking onwards.
  • You manage CPM and CPC based campaigns as well nationwide and geo-targeted campaigns simultaneously.
  • You communicate with our clients on a regular base to make sure they are informed about their campaigns and deliver the optimal input. Ideally you have first Salesforce experience.
  • You offer support to our clients in the ad creation and coordination of their campaigns to achieve optimal results for them.
  • You identify sales, up- and cross-selling potentials with the sales managers and key accounts.

Site Reliability Engineer (M/F/D)

We’re now growing our Engineering team around a culture of sustainability and empowerment. We’re dealing with dynamics such as being local, signup-lean and many more, which give us new problems to solve, and we’re literally breaking new ground in the Social Network space. Data-driven by default, with a bias for quality and code sustainability, and fostering a solid DevOps and Automated Testing culture, Jodel’s Engineering team is the place to be if you’re looking for unique challenges!

Core requirements for Site Reliability Engineering team

  • You are familiar with DevOps and Agile practices in addition to incident management, post mortems, etc;
  • You have advanced experience with Linux, Networks, and CDNs;
  • You have experience with running Kubernetes in production;
  • You are passionate about infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible;
  • You are ready to contribute with coding skills in Go or Python as well;
  • You know how to monitor services using Prometheus and use it to find problems within infrastructures;
  • You have experience with CI/CD pipelines to push code from dev to prod with confidence;
  • You have good experience managing NoSQL database clusters like MongoDB and Redis;

Bonus points

  • You have a bias to automate things whenever possible;
  • You have good experience operating a multi-cloud environment, preferrably AWS and GCP;
  • You have experience with CI/CD pipelines in the Kubernetes ecosystem;
  • You have experience with security best practices;
  • You know the sweet stop for documentation and that it’s never “all or nothing”;

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience as office manager, personal assistant, customer service or similar positions
  • Previous experience in HR management or Finance is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Very detailed oriented with big sense of ownership and a problem-solving attitude as well as absolutely reliable
  • Efficient, well organized and fast in understanding and adapt to lots of new challenges
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • And finally, you are always absolutely positive!

Your Tasks:

  • You manage daily office operations, including welcoming guests, accepting packages, sending mail, making needed purchases, and answering team questions
  • You support in administrative challenges in HR, Finance and Legal topics
  • You will create an amazing office environment

  • You perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting information to accounting software SevDesk and Datev and regularly reconciling accounts.
