For our Sales department, we are looking for a Director of Sales with an established record of sales leadership, operational brilliance, revenue generation, a strong network as well as a deep interest and passion for online media, and innovation.

In this role, you will oversee our Ad Sales efforts for a set of media agency groups and direct clients. We want someone who loves our product, knows the ins and outs of the MENA (specifically Saudi Arabia & Dubai) ad market, clients, and agencies. What you’re looking for is the next big thing, a step in your career to join a rapidly growing tech company, a world leader among the localization networks and named “one the hottest startups in Berlin” (WIRED).

Your Profile:

  • You have 5+ years of digital advertising/marketing sales experience, and 2+ years of management.
  • You are an experienced sales leader, consultative seller and have a proven track record of success in the MENA market (specifically Saudi Arabia & Dubai).
  • You have a deep understanding of the MENA region marketing and media landscape and expertise in account planning, strategic planning, and media buying within Direct & programmatic environments.
  • You have experience running a team where data/ insights drive the direction of the business
  • You are experienced in selling both display and programmatic ads.

Site Reliability Engineer

Core requirements for Site Reliability Engineering team

  • You are familiar with DevOps and Agile practices in addition to incident management, post mortems, etc;
  • You have advanced experience with Linux, Networks, and CDNs;
  • You have experience with running Kubernetes in production;
  • You are passionate about infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible;
  • You are ready to contribute with coding skills in Go or Python as well;
  • You know how to monitor services using Prometheus and use it to find problems within infrastructures;
  • You have experience with CI/CD pipelines to push code from dev to prod with confidence;
  • You have good experience managing NoSQL database clusters like MongoDB and Redis;

Bonus points

  • You have a bias to automate things whenever possible;
  • You have good experience operating a multi-cloud environment, preferrably AWS and GCP;
  • You have experience with CI/CD pipelines in the Kubernetes ecosystem;
  • You have experience with security best practices;
